Executive Director/Interim Fiscal Officer
Stacey L. Russell, CPA, CPFO
As Executive Director, Stacey provides executive leadership and effective administration and management of the library in accordance with its mission, goals, objectives, and values. She leads staff in making the library an increasingly integral part of the community and ensures that the library is recognized for operational excellence. Stacey represents and promotes the library to the community, encourages the use of the library by all citizens and communicates the value of the library to the community.
Stacey is active in Ohio Government Finance Offers Association, Ohio Library Council, Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada, Muskingum County 4-H, United Way of MPM, Women of Achievement Steering Committee, and Coburn United Methodist Church. She is a Muskingum County native and graduate of John Glenn High School and Marietta College. Stacey has served as the Fiscal Officer for the MCLS for over 26 years prior to being appointed as the Executive Director. She resides in Zanesville, OH with her husband Matt, and daughter Madeline, an OSU Junior.
