Library Card Registration

Register for your library card with the Muskingum County Library System online. Please complete the information below. A library associate will confirm you do not have a current library card or any existing fines or overdue materials. Your library card will be mailed to your address. You must sign the registration card on your next library visit before you are able to borrow materials with your new library card. Please allow 5 - 7 days for your request to be processed.
