Linda BylerLizzie Glick is the middle sister of three in an Amish family. Life is far from idyllic for Lizzie, as her father decides to leave a successful wood shop to start his own cattle farm. After being uprooted and moving to a new place, Lizzie's mother has to be hospitalized forcing Lizzie to take on new responsibilities for the family at home. If all that wasn't enough, Lizzie is turning sixteen and it becomes time for her to begin her rumspringa (running around). This perplexes and vexes Lizzie most of all for she has no idea of what to look for in a boyfriend.
LIBRARY HEADLINES
Registration for the 2010 Fall Story Time Session opens Tuesday, September 7. The 8 week Fall Session runs the week of September 13 through the week of November 1. Registration for Story Time is required, limited and free of charge.
