We all feel stress. How we deal with that stress can make a profound difference in both our physical and emotional outlook. Join us in welcoming Kathy Normansell, Sport and Lifestyle Studies Program Coordinator at Ohio University-Zanesville, as she demonstrates the stress reducing possibilities of mindfulness.
