This summer, track your reading activity with our new Summer Experience, powered by Beanstack! This exciting program invites you to earn digital badges for reading, completing literacy activities, and attending programs throughout the summer. By logging your Summer Experience participation on Beanstack, you earn chances to win a grand prize raffle at the end of the summer!

To get started, every family needs just one Beanstack account – and if you registered for our Summer Experience at one of our library locations, you’ve already got one! For every child participating in the program, you will create a Reader profile. All options for making changes to a Reader’s profile or switching to a different Reader can be found in the top-right corner of the Beanstack dashboard.

For assistance navigating Beanstack, click on the “Help” button in the bottom-right corner of almost every screen on the website. And, of course, a library staff member would be more than happy to assist you in logging your activity or solving any problem you might have with the Beanstack website.

Beanstack has a free mobile app!
Logging Activities

To log your activity, select the “Log Reading and Activities” button on your Beanstack dashboard and select your Reader’s name. If you read together as a family, save time by selecting “All Readers” to add reading time to every Reader’s profile! You can also earn raffle entries by completing learning activities and attending one of our weekly programs at any MCLS location; Instructions for how to redeem those entries will be given to you when you attend a program or event during Summer Experience. The more you participate, the more chances you have to win a grand prize!
