1. After reading through these instructions, tap the blue DIGITAL LIBRARY CARD button below these instructions.

2. The webpage will show a progress bar but then lock up. Tap the menu button at the top right of the screen.

3. Find the option for “Desktop Site” and tap that option.

4. This will fix the form to make it visible. Complete the form and you will instantly be given an MCLS card number that can be used for our digital services.
